The hotel is situated in a prime location, with easy access to the beach and a lovely pool area. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, always happy to help. the food was delicious with a good selection of international cuisine and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
There were a few minor issues with the hotel. the decor was a little outdated and the entertainment was not to our taste.

The hotel was quite and has a good atmosphere. The rooms aresimple but clean and sufficient. The beach is nearby and the swimmingpool is excellent.
The food is good but not every day consistent. The lunch at the swimmingpool is on the simple side. Drinks are not cilled and softdrinks have lost their gas.

The price off season is really great comparing what you get in other hotels around. I've been in Tunisia for last 8 months and traveling almost every weekend so I know other hotels as well. The hotel staff is very friendly and this was surprise to me as they are not like that in all hotels. I've got new rooms which are great except two things which I will mention in what I didn't like.
First thing is that the room that I've got is far away from reception and elevators. They are better than others a bit but too far. Second thing is that I think you need GPS to find your room as I was staying in room 2298 (or similar number) which is on second floor by elevator (rooms there are on 13XX) and then you walk a while. Then you need to go down one floor and then continue walking. Rooms around my room was 12XX and only my room and one more was 22XX. I was really puzzled with this. I think they should renumber some of the rooms. I think that this worthed money.

We loved the hotel's traditional decor and spacious rooms. The pool area was beautiful and the location was perfect - close to many tourist spots and a supermarket. We also enjoyed being close to the marina for dining options. The staff were kind, especially the funny cafe guy and the animation team member Shawki. Breakfast was plentiful and the made-to-order omelettes were delicious.
Nothing, it is perfect.

I liked the friendliness of the staff and the rooms were very large. The pool area was lovely and the indoor pool was heated nice for swimming in. The hotel was clean and spacious. The disco and entertainment is down stairs away from the rooms so if you want to sleep early there is no loud music and the bar there is open till 1am, only open till 12am in the reception bar which keeps the noise down if you want an early night or a quite drink.
The spa was not very private when my daughter and I went for the day massage the body scrub was done in the corridor where everyone passed to go to the steam room, and then with the dark natural cream all over us we were put back in with all the other people and the showers were in the same corridor and I had to share with another woman and the door was being opened on several occasions. The food was ok but not enough variety my daughter couldn't eat any of their food except chips and pizza and the soup and bread. Although they did have other English foods salads etc. I had no problem with the food except it was a lot of the same foods daily.

During my stay in this hotel I like the place it is in good place in hammamat and all the restaurants and coffee shops are near.Shawki from animation is a very nice guy
The reception staff are not respectful except one man working in night shift, they deal with the guests in bad way and there voices is very loud, The room is full of insects, the wifi is only in reception not in rooms as what they are mentioning, there is no room service if u want to ask for food at night plus the water of the indoor swimming pool is not clean.

We had a great time at a hotel with a convenient location. It was easy to find really good deals outside, and we enjoyed eating at nearby restaurants. the marina was also close, by and a great spot for a nice walk. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, while the bathroom was clean and well, maintained. Breakfast was really plentiful, and we enjoyed the omelettes. the pool area was beautiful, and we loved spending our afternoons there.
The Wi, Fi was not reliable and we had trouble staying connected.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with everything I needed within easy reach. The supermarket and proper restaurants were just a stone's throw away, and I loved being close to the marina for dining out. The room was impeccable, and I appreciated the range of amenities provided, from the air conditioning and mini-bar to the balcony and sitting area. The staff here were absolutely exceptional, from the Big Man to the bar staff, restaurant and kitchen team, and even the maids. They really went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.
I would highly recommend this hotel to families. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay.

The hotel offered a great pool area and beautiful views which added to a relaxing experience during my business trip. The staff were always polite and helpful, making my stay comfortable. The breakfast was also enjoyable and provided a variety of options.
Although the staff were polite, some of the services were slow and required multiple requests for attention. the internet connection was poor and unreliable which was a disadvantage for any necessary work.
